Attendance & Commitment Policy
To maintain program quality and real-world readiness, participants are expected to follow strict attendance requirements. Consistent attendance is required for all sessions, and only one absence is permitted without prior approval. Missing two or more scheduled training days may result in removal from the program.
Program deposits and participant contributions are non-refundable if attendance requirements are not met. Participants are also expected to arrive on time and actively engage in all training activities. These expectations reflect professional workplace standards and ensure fairness to all participants.
