Training begins with pastry arts, café operations, and customer-facing service. Participants develop foundational hospitality skills while learning bakery production, point-of-sale systems, food safety standards, and team-based workflow within a fast-paced café environment.

Way Down Yonder New Orleans Finest Restaurant
Participants expand into southern cuisine, full-service kitchen operations, and advanced hospitality skills. Training emphasizes line cooking, guest experience, time management, and professional kitchen standards within a live restaurant setting.
